尾叶桉 Eucalyptus urophylla 是桉树重要的杂交亲本优选树种,因其树干高大,给花粉收集、人工控制授粉等工作带来了极大的不便。如何通过多效唑处理实现尾叶桉育种园亲本矮化、促进亲本开花是研究拟解决的主要问题。研究以育种园内修剪矮化的尾叶桉亲本为试验材料,对多效唑施加量、施加次数、施加方式等的矮化促花效果进行了研究。结果显示,处理 16,即 2019 年 11 月1次根施2 g 多 效唑的花枝数量为38,花苞数量为300, 综合评价值为0.55,为最佳施用方式。

Eucalyptus urophylla is an important hybrid parent preferred tree species for Eucalyptus. However, its tall trunk during flowering brings great inconvenience to pollen collection and control of pollination. How to improve the flowering and fruiting efficiency of E. urophylla through chemical treatment is the main problem to be solved in this research. In this study, the pruned and dwarfed E. urophylla clones in the breeding garden were used as experimental materials to study the dwarfing and flflower promotion effects of paclobutrazol application amount, application times and application methods. The results showed that treatment 16 (1 root application of 2 g paclobutrazol in November 2019) has 38 flflower branches, 300 flflower buds, and a comprehensive evaluation value of 0.55, which is the best application method.
